    We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • How do I initiate a return?
    To start your return, email us at support@alpha-threadz.com with: Your order number. The reason for your return. Use the return label included in your package to send the item back.
  • Are there any items that cannot be returned?
    Yes, items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
