We offer Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • Timeframe: You can return your t-shirt within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • Return Instructions: email us at support@alpha-threadz.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Use the return label included in your package to send the item back.

Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: Items returned with signs of wear or not in original condition may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.​

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
